iTV: Your interactive contents
Use the iTV domain to inform your guests about your special services: offerings from your restaurant or information and dates for your Spa & Wellness programs. The information is stored as an APP on the TV unit.
This is your individual online promotion domain. Push-Services such as personal guest greeting, hotel bill inspection and messages to your guests are also covered through the iTV domain. The content management of the iTV domain runs as usual via your PMS system and via your website.

This is performed automatically by the connection to your facebook page or to the official evaluation portals. The guests can communicate their comments, suggestions and requirements conveniently. You receive a message immediately if a guest has used the Community Manager. You therefore still have the possibility before the departure to discuss the concerns of your guests.
